Orders

We recommend that you place your order at least one week in advance in order to be able to enjoy our entire selection. For Shabbat meals, we recommend that you order before Wednesday.

We remain availble to answer any question or requirements you may have in terms of allergies and food intolerances (gulten, lactose, etc.)

Opening hours for reservations

Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00. Contact us by message on What's App on 0041 79 773 64 00, or by email neissfood@gmail.com.

Payment methods

Payment can be made by credit card, using the Twint application or in cash. For orders over CHF 400.-, you can also bank transfer.

For orders over CHF 400.-, we will ask you for an advance payment of up to 50% of the total amount.

Any cancellation made within 7 days of the booking date will be invoiced in full.

Deliveries

Orders can be retrieved via our pick-up service at Neiss Food (in Champel, Geneva). Deliveries are also possible in Switzerland and in neighbouring France (at your expense).
